The Plant was visited by representatives of the Bulgarian plant “Sofia Med”. The potential customers were interested in the technical capabilities of “Electrotyazhmash” as to repair and manufacture of large DC machines.
The Sofia Med is equipped with П23/135-2, 4 УХЛ4 DC motor, which was supplied by “Electrotyazhmash” in 1968. It is a large DC electric machine for drives of rolling mills and mine hoists. The motor power is 2400 kW, voltage - 850 V, rotation speed - 30/65 rpm.
The Bulgarian party is primarily interested in the overhaul of the anchor with manufacture of new spare parts.

On the eve of the professional holiday, the Machine Builder Day, Igor Terekhov, the Acting Mayor of Kharkiv, paid an official visit to “Electrotyazhmash”.
During the visit, he got acquainted with the production facilities of the Enterprise in its shops and held a meeting with the labor collective. Each employee had the opportunity to ask his question.

Almost 1500 sportsmen represented six enterprises of Kharkiv Region: JSC "Plant "Electrotyazhmash", JSC "Turboatom", SE "Malyshev Plant", SE "A.A. Morozov Kharkiv Design Bureau for Machine-Building", JSC "Kharkiv Machine-Building Plant "Svet Shakhtyora", JSC "FED".
