The new stator will replace the old one on turbo generator ТГВ-250-2ПТ3 manufactured by “Electrotyazhmash”.
Currently, the Company's engineers are supervising the dismantling of the old stator and preparing the installation of a new one. The installation and commissioning of equipment will also be carried out under the supervision of the Plant's specialists. The work is planned to be completed in February 2021.

“Kaiga” NPS is a part of the Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL). The station consists of four Power Units. At Power Units No. 3 and No. 4, there were installed two turbo generators ТГВ-250-2ПТ3 manufactured by “Electrotyazhmash”, which were delivered by the Plant in 2005-2007. The capacity of each such machine is 250 MW, the design is horizontal, the cooling is of hydrogen-water type, and the weight is 280 t.
